Overview:
Our online Nutritional Listening circle meets bi-weekly for a total of 6 sessions.
This 12-hour online experience is tailored to those who have a limited time commitment and are not readily available to participate in person. It is here we begin to break down the walls of what has been taught by our family, peers and society as “healthy, normal” communication.
Our world is rapidly changing and people are becoming increasingly stressed while advancing in empathic and emotional awareness.
Addiction and impulsive behavior do not start and end with food. Unhealthy emotion and communication seeps into all aspects of our life; marriage, finances, physical health, social relationship, food lifestyle and career.
Gentle, real time guidance from our facilitators will assist you in either letting go or restoring your sacred relationships and spiritual contracts.
