Nutritional Listening - 6 Month Circle

Nutritional Listening teachings bring to light how we communicate on an energetic level to one another as well as the universe in a way that either supports or takes away from a wellness model.

Using a technique, we call “The Four Chairs”, we honor all aspects of your child, youth, adult and elder to create safe, non-judgmental circle work. It is here we begin to deprogram what has been taught by family, our peers and society as “healthy and normal” and reprogram sacred relationships. The second phase of this experience is to receive gentle guidance releasing compressed experience within the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system.

In the pursuit of authentic communication using your mind, heart, will and root you will begin the journey of seeing clearly what the universe is unfolding for you.
