The teachings of Nutritional Listening highlight how we energetically communicate with each other and the universe, either enhancing or detracting from a wellness model.
By employing a method known as "The Four Chairs," we acknowledge and respect every facet of your child, youth, adult, and elder stages to foster emotionally secure, healthy, and well-nourished relationships. This is where we start to undo the teachings from family, peers, and society regarding "healthy, normal" communication and instead cultivate sacred relationships. The next phase of this journey involves receiving gentle guidance to release compressed experiences within the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.
By seeking authentic communication with your mind, heart, will, and essence, you will begin a journey to clearly comprehend what the universe has planned for you.
